Q What services do you offer?
DTF printing, sublimation, eco-solvent printing, custom apparel (shirts, jerseys, hoodies etc), embroidery, yard cards, window & wall wraps, banners, and signage.
Q Can I bring my own design?
Yes! We accept PNG. Need help? We offer in-house design for a $20 design fee.
Q What’s a gang sheet?
A gang sheet fits multiple designs on one DTF film to save money—perfect for bulk orders or resellers.
Q How long does an order take?
Most DTF prints are 48 hours on business days. With our monthly subscribtion Same-day or next-day.
Custom apparel & large orders typically take 3–7 business days.
Q Do you charge rush fees?
No. Fast turnaround is part of the Vibrant Vinyl experience.
Q Can I order online?

Q What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit/debit cards, Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle.
Q Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes—full payment is required on all custom orders before printing begins.
Q What’s your refund policy?
All sales are final because items are custom made. If there’s a printing error on our end, we’ll reprint it.

Gildan, Bella + Canvas, and Next Level—great comfort and print quality.
Q How do I care for my shirt?
- Turn inside out before washing
- Wash cold on gentle cycle
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Do not iron directly on the print
